Location
Categories and Votes of Membership

There shall be the following categories of membership with power to vote at all meetings of the club and with the rights and privileges of each category of members are as defined hereunder. All membership is subject to annual review by the General Committee, not more than one month before the A.G.M. recommendations, to be forwarded, in confidence to the "in-coming" Committee.

A FULL MEMBER
- being a person who, at the date of election is over the age of eighteen shall have one vote and shall be eligible for election to the Club Committee. Will also be able to keep a boat in the compound on payment of the fee and use the Club Jetty.

A PWC FULL MEMBER
- being a person at the date of election is over the age of eighteen shall have one vote and shall be eligible for election to the Club Committee. Will be able to keep a boat in the compound on payment of the fee and use the Club Jetty.

A PWC ASSOCIATE MEMBER
- Shall have no vote and will not be eligible for election to the Club Committee. Will be able to keep a boat in the compound on payment of the fee and use the Club Jetty.

A FAMILY MEMBER
- which shall include one or two co-habiting adults, and all children within their guardianship under eighteen years of age. The family unit shall have one vote per adult member.

A JUNIOR MEMBER
- being a person who, at the date of election, is under the age of eighteen, shall have no vote.

AN HONORARY MEMBER
- who shall be nominated and elected in the manner described in Rule 40 shall have no vote.

A SOCIAL MEMBER
-who shall have no vote and shall not be entitled to vote at the A.G.M. or any other meeting of the Club. They shall not be eligible for election to any position as a Club Officer or to the General Committee. They may in any year apply for Full Membership, any fees already paid shall be deducted from the total dues required. They shall not be entitled to keep in the compound, launch or recover from the jetty a boat of any kind, although they may be permitted to be a passenger on a member's boat not more than three times per year. Subject to the above rules Social Members shall be entitled to the full amenities of the Club.

A TEMPORARY MEMBER
- This may include members of another RYA recognised Club or organisation shall have no vote.
